Mail, calendar, contacts, chat, documents, notes, work items, projects and calls — together in one workspace. When the shelf runs out, install a signed app or build your own: no fork required.
Illustrative — the actual product screen, simplified for this page.
No more stitching six subscriptions together. groupforce ships as a single connected workspace — and every part of it talks to the others.
A shared inbox built for teams, with scheduling, availability and meeting rooms alongside it — not in a separate tab.
Any record can be its own conversation — a work item, a project, a document — so discussion never drifts away from the thing it's about.
Shared drives and group folders for files, plus notes that stay live as your team writes them together.
Tickets and tasks with more than one assignee — a person, or a whole group — plus boards for however your team triages.
Plan timelines on a Gantt view, track members, and keep delivery visible without exporting anything to a separate PM tool.
Meeting rooms and calls right next to shared address books and group contact lists — the people and the conversation, together.
Follow a design agency through its week: 13 people, 62 contacts, 106 work items, 68 events, 83 mails and 288 chat messages, all connected in one sample workspace.

The same workspace, shaped differently by whoever's using it.
Assign a work item to one person, several people, or a whole group at once. Keep sensitive notes admin-only, and triage everything on a kanban board that lives in the same workspace as the inbox it came from.
Shared address books and group contact lists sit right next to chat, documents and calls, so a deal's history isn't scattered across four apps and someone's inbox.
Lay out a release on a Gantt view, run day-to-day work on kanban, and encode your own release checklist as a workflow with states, approvals and notifications — no spreadsheet macro required.
Install a signed app, or build your own record types, views and server logic in App Studio or as code — all inside the workspace people already sign in to.
Every company eventually needs something the shelf doesn't sell. Custom apps ship as one signed package, and an administrator installs it under an icon. Build one in App Studio or write it as code: either way you get the same package. Only packages signed through groupforce's authority install, nothing runs that wasn't declared, and nothing declared runs where it wasn't allowed.
Every package is signed with a publisher certificate that groupforce's own authority issues, after vetting the publisher. The certificate says who they are and which namespace they may ship under — so nothing can impersonate another app. Unsigned packages don't install.
A certificate separates interface code — views, models, processes — from server code that runs on our machines. An app does exactly what it declared, and nothing else.
Custom endpoints and workflow steps run in a fresh, isolated realm on every call, with limits on time, memory and what they can reach. In the standard installation that code runs in its own container for each workspace and app — reachable only through one narrow, audited door.
Your own record types and fields, views, and declarative processes — states, approvals, notifications — that plug straight into screens you already use, like a work item's sidebar or a contact's detail view.
Describe your data, let the editor draw the pages, lay out the process and try it on test data, then sign and publish from the same window. No code, and the key never leaves your browser.
A manifest, views, server code and the gfpkg tool, in your own repository and your own CI. It is the same package, and an app started in one place opens in the other.
A place to find and install signed apps from publishers we have vetted. It is not open yet. Leave your email address and we will tell you when it is.
Every app, every setting, and the whole extension framework — walked through in depth, with the same terms the product uses.

For small teams that want everyday tools, by the month or the year.
For growing teams that plan with boards and projects, work on files from their desktop and publish their own apps.
For companies of 100 people or more: App Studio, backup, invoiced billing and a named contact.
More than 500 seats, your own limits, features chosen to fit, a price we agree on.

groupforce started from a simple frustration: a team's mail, calendar, files and tickets shouldn't live in four different products that don't talk to each other — and the fifth tool a company actually needs shouldn't require switching vendors. So we built one workspace, and made it possible to extend without leaving it.
